Senior Manager – Fire & Rescue (Prevention & Awareness) | Red Sea Global Careers

Red Sea Global is hiring a Senior Manager – Fire & Rescue (Prevention & Awareness) in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The role leads fire prevention strategy, regulatory compliance, inspections, and public awareness programs across iconic, sustainability-driven destinations on the Red Sea.

Role Overview

As the Senior Manager for Fire & Rescue Prevention/Awareness, you will develop and implement policies, standards, and programs that reduce fire risk and enhance life safety. You’ll collaborate with operations, HSE, security, contractors, and local authorities to ensure best-in-class prevention and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the fire prevention strategy, procedures, and KPIs across assets and projects.
  • Plan and deliver inspections, audits, and risk assessments in line with NFPA and local codes.
  • Lead awareness campaigns, training, and drills for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Review designs and method statements for fire/life safety considerations; drive corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with emergency response teams on pre-incident planning and continuous improvement.
  • Investigate incidents/near misses and produce lessons learned and improvement plans.
  • Report performance, compliance status, and risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fire Engineering, Safety, Emergency Management, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years experience in fire prevention, life safety, or emergency planning within complex facilities or large projects.
  • Knowledge of NFPA standards and local civil defense regulations; strong HSE integration.
  • Preferred certifications: IFE, NFPA, NEBOSH (or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and training/awareness delivery skills.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
