The company is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Logistics Centers to lead transport, distribution, and supply chain strategies for world-class developments across the Red Sea region.

About the Role

The Associate Director – Logistics Centers will oversee end-to-end logistics operations including transport, warehousing, inventory control, and supplier management. This leadership role ensures efficient movement of materials and goods across RSG’s complex project network while promoting safety, sustainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute logistics, transport, and distribution strategies in alignment with Vision 2030 goals.
  • Manage 3PL providers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Lead KPIs and performance reporting for logistics operations and cost optimization.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, fleet management, and transport scheduling.
  • Oversee HSE compliance, sustai
    nability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Prepare and manage logistics budgets, contracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in logistics, transport, or distribution leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics systems, fleet optimization, and warehouse management technologies.
  • Proven record of managing 3PL operations and vendor contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
