Senior Manager – Electrical Engineering | Red Sea Global Careers

Red Sea Global is hiring a Senior Manager – Electrical Engineering based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This key role will lead ELV and ICT design efforts across major projects supporting the sustainable growth of The Red Sea destinations.

About the Role

As Senior Manager – Elec
trical Engineering, you will work under the ELV Associate Director to manage design reviews, consultant coordination, technical documentation, and contractor oversight. Your aim will be to deliver top-tier ELV / ICT systems aligned with corporate and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review consultant & contractor ELV / ICT design submissions (e.g. fire alarm, telecom, structured cabling, BMS, CCTV, access control).
  • Lead design coordination meetings, workshops, and liaise with local authorities.
  • Participate in RFPs, value engineering, and technical evaluations.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and compliance with corporate and OH&S standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, contribute to professional development and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication, IT, or equivalent field.
  • 8+ years of experience in ELV / ICT / design engineering within consulting or project environments.
  • Proficiency with design tools, Microsoft Office suite, and ICT / ELV system design.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, intercom, fiber optics, networking.
  • Leadership ability, time management, and strong communication skills.
