Red Sea Global is hiring a Manager – Nursery in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This role leads world-class nursery operations that support large-scale greening and sustainable landscaping across The Red Sea destination.

Role Overview

As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee plant production, quality, and distribution while driving best practices in propagation, irrigation, integrated pest management, and HSE compliance. You’ll collaborate with environmental, landscaping, and operations teams to meet production targets and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day nursery operations (propagation, irrigation scheduling, plant health, and quality).
  • Manage production plans, inventories, and dispatch to project sites.
  • Implement sustainable practices and compliance with HSE standards.
  • Supervise, coach, and schedule nursery staff and contractors.
  • Maintain records, reports, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experi
    ence managing medium-to-large nursery operations.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
