ager – Finance & Accounting to drive financial excellence, transparency, and innovation across its projects and operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

The Senior Manager – Finance & Accounting will oversee end-to-end financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting. This role supports the company’s mission to deliver sustainable value, ensure compliance, and align financial practices with international standards such as IFRS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial planning, reporting, and control processes.
  • Develop and enforce accounting policies in line with international best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and audit requirements.
  • Oversee cost optimization, project budgeting, and financial risk assessments.
  • Support senior leadership with financial insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to maintain transparency and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting management.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS standards, budgeting systems, and internal controls.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
