Available Position: Specialist – Fleet Scheduling

Job Purpose:

The Specialist – Fleet Scheduling will oversee the daily operations of the fleet, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure smooth and safe transportation for employees, guests, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day fleet operations including scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.
  • Handle operational challenges such as delays, breakdowns, or disruptions.
  • Monitor fleet performance and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing of vehicles.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure vehicles meet legal and safety standards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting fleet usage, performance, and improvement areas.
  • Work on optimizing schedules and resource allocation to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with scheduling software or fleet management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on operational needs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
